OFFER

Through INDUBOTON.com, INDUBOTON S.A.S. presents offers for the various products advertised and/or described on this Website.

For a valid purchase offer to exist, the customer must complete the electronic form available on the website, providing personal information and/or having previously registered as a customer in our system to make purchases through the online channel or use it as a bridge to complete a purchase through another channel. The customer must also select the desired products, choose a payment method, provide any information required for payment processing, and submit any additional information deemed necessary by INDUBOTON S.A.S. to complete the purchase process.

The offer submitted by the customer shall be deemed accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

1. The customer completes the electronic form and it is received and approved by INDUBOTON S.A.S.

La oferta realizada por INDUBOTON S.A.S para entenderse como aceptada , se encuentra condicionada a los siguientes requisitos:

1. Que el cliente diligencie la forma electrónica mencionada y que ésta sea recibida y aprobada por INDUBOTON S.A.S

2. Que exista disponilidad del producto deseado y ofrecido por parte de INDUBOTON S.A.S al momento de la aprobación de la forma electrónica referida por parte de INDUBOTON S.A.S

3. Que se haya hecho efectivo por parte del cliente el anticipo por el 100% del valor de la mercancía seleccionada por el cliente. Si es cliente preferencial o cuenta con credito otorgado , cupones de descuento , etc, deberá recibir en su factura el termino de negociacion pactado.

4. Que el cliente haya aceptado los Términos de Uso, Términos del Contrato y Políticas de Privacidad de este sitio. 

Una vez cumplidas estos requisitos, la Oferta se entenderá perfecta y será obligatoria para INDUBOTON S.A.S, éste procederá de conformidad generando en el sistema una orden de compra e informando al cliente, mediante aviso en el sitio o mediante correo electrónico, que su orden de compra fue registrada en el sistema con un número específico, con el cual el cliente podrá hacer seguimiento al estado de su pedido. 

INDUBOTON S.A.S velará por la actualización y revisión constante de los productos que se exhiben en este Sitio. INDUBOTON S.A.S.  se compromete a revisar constantemente ,a actualizar o descontinuar las referencias que se mencionan en la página web y se reserva el derecho de modificar las caracteristicas de los productos en cualquier momento previo a la aceptación de la Oferta por parte del cliente, sin necesidad de avisar dicho cambio de ninguna manera. Nuestro cliente y/o usuario, debe estar atento en caso de presentarse alguna fluctuación o cambio  en los mismos. 

INDUBOTON S.A.S procura despachar sus productos en las mismas características de calidad que normalmente se exhiben, sin embargo los colores de los productos que el cliente ve en su monitor dependen del mismo, por lo tanto INDUBOTON no garantiza que el color , textura o acabado que muestre el monitor del cliente sea exactamente igual al color real del producto.

CONDICIONES DE PAGO.

La presente oferta está condicionada a que el cliente haya elegido y aceptado los términos y condiciones de pago que el canal o sistema le presenta, según los medios de pago que se encuentran establecidos específicamente en el sitio o canal en el que haya finalizado el proceso y a que el cliente haya hecho efectivo el anticipo respectivo por un valor equivalente al 100% del valor de la mercancía seleccionada. 

Aun cuando INDUBOTON S.A.S ponga a disposición del cliente un sistema de conexión segura para la realización de todas las ofertas de compra, en ningún caso INDUBOTON S.A.S será responsable por los fallos en las comunicaciones de las entidades bancarias o de crédito, así como tampoco de los daños causados a los usuarios con ocasión de una acción u omisión de dichas entidades. Una vez que  INDUBOTON S.A.S Verifique el pago del 100% del anticipo y el cumplimiento de las demás condiciones a que está sujeta la presente oferta, se entenderá aceptado el contrato de compra. En todo caso, no obstante haberse verificado el pago del anticipo mencionado, de no cumplirse con los demás requisitos establecidas, el contrato no se entiende aceptado y por tanto INDUBOTON S.A.S. se compromete a restituirle al usuario, sin ningún tipo de interés o rendimiento, el valor cancelado por concepto del anticipo entregado. 

El pago se efectuará única y exclusivamente por los siguientes medios:. Boton PSE ,Transferencia bancaria o cupón de credito otorgado.

Politicas de entrega NACIONAL:

INDUBOTON S.A.S se compromete a realizar entregas exclusivamente dentro del territorio colombiano, en las zonas y lugares a los que tenga acceso de acuerdo a su red de distribución, y por consiguiente está condicionado a que el domicilio registrado por el cliente para realizar la entrega, se encuentre dentro de las zonas geográficas habilitadas por INDUBOTON S.A.S. De no encontrarse un municipio del territorio colombiano debera ser contactado por nuestro asesor para concertar el medio de envío de las mercancías.

Pedidos por producción 20 – 25 días. Productos en stock sin procesos posteriores como tintura y marcación, se realizarán en un plazo entre (2) máximo siete (8) días hábiles, el tiempo especifico de transporte podra variar de 24 a 48 horas según el destino seleccionado. contados a partir de la aceptación de la oferta, siempre y cuando no medie ningún caso fortuito o fuerza mayor, entre los cuales se encuentra a manera de ejemplo, hechos del hombre o de la naturaleza, como huelgas, paros, revoluciones, rebelión sedición, asonada, atentados, cortes de fluidos, derrumbes, terremotos, avalanchas, desbordamientos, caídas de puentes, entre otros. 

El lugar de envío será la dirección señalada por el cliente en la oferta que este elabore en el formato destinado para tal fin. Se entiende que cualquier persona que se encuentre en el domicilio donde se debe realizar la entrega, se encuentra debidamente autorizado por el cliente para recibir su pedido, por lo que INDUBOTON S.A.S queda exonerado de cualquier responsabilidad al momento de la entrega, siempre y cuando la misma se haga en el domicilio registrado al momento de la compra en el sitio web. 

La empresa transportadora tendrá la obligación de hacer máximo dos (2) intentos de entrega de los productos adquiridos. En caso que los intentos de entrega resulten infructuosos, retornarán los bienes a la fábrica y se procederá a la devolución de los dineros consignados, salvo el valor del envío, sin ningún tipo de interés, retribución o suma adicional y sin importar la causa u origen que pueda tener la devolución. Igualmente se considera entrega infructuosa si el destinatario del producto es menor de catorce (14) años y no se encuentra acompañado de un padre, tutor o acudiente que firme junto con el destinatario el recibido del producto. 

ENVÍO GRATIS. Envíos a ciudades principales e Intermedias en el territorio Nacional por compras de  valor superior o igual a $100.000.Si  la compra no llega al valor de $100.000 el cliente deberá asumir el transporte con una tarifa que podrá ser actualizada anualmente o según las condiciones de los transportistas ($24.000 para el año 2026).

FACTURACION

INDUBOTON S.A.S. como empresa comprometida y responsable con el medio ambiente, ha decidido implementar en el proceso de compra a través del canal virtual www.induboton.com, la factura digital, como un medio para reducir el impacto que puede tener en el medio ambiente el uso masificado de papel. El cliente podrá acceder a la factura en forma virtual, dado que ésta se le enviará  al correo electrónico que éste suministre al momento de realizar la compra. La información que suministre el cliente debe ser veraz. Siempre que el cliente decida realizar la compra a través del portal web www.induboton.com, acepta de forma inmediata recibir su factura en formato digital. La factura digital cumple con todos los requisitos legales exigidos por la DIAN y soporta de la misma manera la compra del cliente.

SEGUROS E IMPUESTOS.

INDUBOTON S.A.S  será responsable durante el transporte de la mercancía por los gastos de manejo y seguro de los productos que se adquieran en INDUBOTON.com, el cliente asumirá el valor del envío del producto a su lugar de destino si la compra es inferior a $100.000. Así mismo, el cliente será responsable de todos los impuestos sobre ventas, impuestos al valor agregado y cualesquiera otros impuestos y gravámenes que se ocasionen por cada Oferta de compra aceptada. Todos los impuestos causados por la compra serán liquidados desde el momento en que el cliente acepta la Oferta de compra en este Sitio, y por tanto podrá conocer el valor exacto a pagar a favor de INDUBOTON S.A.S, el cual incluirá los conceptos mencionados.

POLITICA DE PRECIO.

El valor total de la compra estará compuesto de los siguientes rubros a cargo del cliente: valor del producto en pesos Colombianos, impuestos y gastos de transporte si fuere el caso. 

INDUBOTON S.A.S se compromete a revisar constantemente y a actualizar los precios que se mencionan en sus canales de venta y se reserva el derecho de modificar los precios de los productos en cualquier momento previo a la aceptación de la Oferta por parte del cliente, sin necesidad de avisar dicho cambio de ninguna manera. Nuestro cliente y/o usuario, debe estar atento en caso de presentarse alguna fluctuación en los mismos. 

Para ventas fuera del territorio Nacional, INDUBOTON S.A.S informará o publicará la tarifa de la compra del producto en pesos Colombianos e impuestos  puesto dentro del territorio Colombiano.

El flete , courier o costos  de logística que genere el envío al pais destino, deberá ser asumido por el cliente.

Si el cliente requiere  apoyo o información del asesor en temas logísticos y de transporte sin la obligación de realizar trámite o certificado alguno, deberá contactarnos atravez del sitio .Los costos de envío de los bienes adquiridos se generarán dependiendo de los costos, peso, rubros y políticas de la empresa transportadora elegida por el cliente, las cuales son independientes autónomas y ajenas a INDUBOTON S.A.S.

EMPAQUE Y EMBALAJE.

Nuestro cliente acepta que los productos sean empacados y presentados en bolsa plástica y/o caja de cartón con tiquete marcado en cantidades asi:

Unidad de medida de empaque ( 1 gruesa que equivale a 144 unidades).

Lo anterior cumpliendo con las condiciones necesarias para la conservación adecuada del producto.

El cliente o destinatario del bien o producto, deberá abstenerse de recibir el mismo inmediatamente, en caso de que el empaque o embalaje del producto, presente daños, rupturas, aberturas u otras similares, dejando la debida anotación o constancia de ese hecho ante la transportadora. 

POLITICAS DE DEVOLUCIONES

DERECHO DE RETRACTO.

El consumidor deberá devolver el producto a INDUBOTON S.A.S por los mismos medios y en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibió. Los costos de transporte y los demás que conlleve la devolución del bien serán cubiertos por el consumidor. El término máximo para ejercer el derecho de retracto será de cinco (5) días hábiles de haber sido facturado el producto

Se exceptúan del siguiente caso y según el objeto social que desempeña INDUBOTON S.A.S., los siguientes casos: 

INDUBOTON S.A.S. deberá devolverle en dinero al consumidor todas las sumas pagadas sin que proceda a hacer descuentos o retenciones por concepto alguno. En todo caso la devolución del dinero al consumidor no podrá exceder de treinta (30) días calendario desde el momento en que ejercio.

REVERSION DE PAGO

El Decreto 587 de 2016 dispone que en las ventas efectuadas mediante mecanismos de comercio electrónico, tales como Internet y se haya utilizado para realizar el pago una tarjeta de crédito, débito o cualquier otro instrumento de pago electrónico, los participantes del proceso de pago deberán reversar los pagos que solicite el consumidor cuando sea objeto de fraude, o corresponda a una operación no solicitada, o el producto adquirido no sea recibido, o el producto entregado no corresponda a lo solicitado o sea defectuoso. Se enuncia y recuerda al consumidor en el proceso de la compra que se asegure que el producto seleccionado junto con sus caracteristicas de material, color, acabado, tamaño y cantidad sean las que necesita.

Para que proceda la reversión del pago, dentro los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha en que el consumidor tuvo noticia de la operación fraudulenta o no solicitada o que debió haber recibido el producto o lo recibió defectuoso o sin que correspondiera a lo solicitado, el consumidor deberá presentar queja ante INDUBOTON S.A.S y devolver el producto, cuando sea procedente, y notificar de la reclamación al emisor del instrumento de pago electrónico utilizado para realizar la compra, el cual, en conjunto con los demás participantes del proceso de pago, procederán a reversar la transacción al comprador.

NATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY

INDUBOTON S.A.S. is committed to making deliveries exclusively within Colombian territory, in areas accessible through its distribution network. Therefore, delivery is subject to the customer’s registered address being located within the geographic areas serviced by INDUBOTON S.A.S. If the destination municipality is not covered, one of our advisors will contact the customer to arrange an alternative shipping method.

Production orders require approximately 20–25 days. Products in stock that do not require additional processes such as dyeing or marking will be delivered within a period of two (2) to a maximum of eight (8) business days. Transportation times may vary between 24 and 48 hours depending on the selected destination. Delivery times are calculated from the date of acceptance of the offer, provided there are no force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to strikes, labor stoppages, revolutions, rebellions, civil disturbances, attacks, utility outages, landslides, earthquakes, avalanches, floods, bridge collapses, or similar events.

Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer in the purchase form. Any person present at the delivery address shall be deemed authorized by the customer to receive the order. Consequently, INDUBOTON S.A.S. shall not be liable once delivery has been made to the address registered at the time of purchase.

The shipping carrier will make a maximum of two (2) delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to the factory and the customer will be refunded the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, without interest, compensation, or additional charges, regardless of the reason for the return.

Delivery shall also be considered unsuccessful if the recipient is under fourteen (14) years of age and is not accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult who can sign for receipt of the product.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping applies to purchases of COP $100,000 or more delivered to major and intermediate cities within Colombia.

For purchases below COP $100,000, the customer must pay shipping costs according to the applicable transportation rates, which may be updated annually or according to carrier conditions (COP $24,000 for the year 2026).

INVOICING

As a company committed to environmental responsibility, INDUBOTON S.A.S. has implemented digital invoicing for purchases made through www.induboton.com in order to reduce paper consumption and its environmental impact.

Customers will receive their invoices electronically at the email address provided during the purchase process. The information supplied by the customer must be accurate and truthful.

By completing a purchase through www.induboton.com, the customer automatically agrees to receive invoices in digital format. Digital invoices comply with all legal requirements established by the Colombian National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN) and serve as valid proof of purchase.

INSURANCE AND TAXES

INDUBOTON S.A.S. shall be responsible during transportation for handling and insurance costs related to products purchased through INDUBOTON.com.

Customers shall be responsible for shipping charges when the purchase amount is less than COP $100,000.

Customers shall also be responsible for all applicable sales taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), duties, and any other taxes or charges resulting from each accepted purchase offer.

All applicable taxes will be calculated at the time the customer accepts the purchase offer, allowing the customer to know the exact amount payable to INDUBOTON S.A.S., including all related charges.

PRICING POLICY

The total purchase price consists of the following items:

• Product price in Colombian Pesos (COP)
• Applicable taxes
• Shipping costs, when applicable

INDUBOTON S.A.S. continuously reviews and updates prices across its sales channels and reserves the right to modify product prices at any time prior to acceptance of the customer’s offer without prior notice.

Customers and users are responsible for monitoring possible price fluctuations.

For international sales, INDUBOTON S.A.S. will publish or communicate product prices in Colombian Pesos, including applicable taxes within Colombian territory.

Freight, courier services, customs duties, and logistics costs associated with international shipments shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

If customers require assistance or information regarding logistics and transportation matters without requesting formal procedures or certifications, they may contact us through the website.

Shipping costs are determined according to the rates, weight, policies, and conditions established by the transportation company selected by the customer. Such carriers operate independently and are not affiliated with INDUBOTON S.A.S.

PACKAGING

Customers acknowledge and accept that products will be packaged and delivered in plastic bags and/or cardboard boxes with labels indicating quantities as follows:

Packaging Unit: One gross (144 units).

All packaging methods are designed to ensure proper preservation and protection of the products.

Customers or recipients should refuse delivery immediately if the packaging shows signs of damage, tears, openings, or similar conditions, and should record such observations with the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.

RETURN POLICIES

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers must return products to INDUBOTON S.A.S. using the same means and under the same conditions in which they were received.

Transportation costs and any expenses associated with returning the product shall be borne by the consumer.

The maximum period to exercise the right of withdrawal is five (5) business days from the date the product was invoiced.

Exceptions may apply according to the nature of INDUBOTON S.A.S.’s business activities and applicable regulations.

INDUBOTON S.A.S. shall refund all amounts paid by the consumer without deductions or withholdings of any kind.

In all cases, the refund process shall not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised.

PAYMENT REVERSAL

Decree 587 of 2016 establishes that for transactions conducted through electronic commerce mechanisms, such as the Internet, where payment has been made using a credit card, debit card, or any other electronic payment instrument, payment participants must reverse the transaction when requested by the consumer in cases involving:

• Fraudulent transactions;
• Unauthorized transactions;
• Failure to receive the purchased product;
• Receipt of a product that does not match what was ordered; or
• Receipt of a defective product.

Consumers are reminded during the purchasing process to verify that the selected product, including its material, color, finish, size, and quantity, corresponds to their needs.

To request a payment reversal, consumers must, within five (5) business days from the date they become aware of the fraudulent or unauthorized transaction, the expected delivery date, or receipt of a defective or incorrect product:

1. File a complaint with INDUBOTON S.A.S.;
2. Return the product when applicable; and
3. Notify the issuer of the electronic payment instrument used for the purchase.

The payment issuer, together with the other participants involved in the payment process, will then proceed with the reversal of the transaction in favor of the consumer.
